Sep 08,2023Everything was fine besides the gun, breaking slowly, and after a week, the trigger completely came off, and the barrel threads completely disappeared as well, but the shipping was amazing and the product itself besides breaking in me not being able to get a refund was good while it lasted

Jul 23,2023Item did not come in original packaging. Someone dissembled item and didn't put it back together correctly. Parts were missing and not realized until started to use with friends. Had to search around web and hardware stores for missing parts. Item delivered 14 days from day it was ordered.

Jul 20,2023Been 11 days and still no shipping update for my gel blaster despite emailing them about it (I waited a week before waiting to email them about the shipping) They replied saying that they would notify the team to ship by the end of the weekend but it's already been 4 business days (I sent them an email on a Saturday and it's now Thursday). No followup or care to give me any updates, absolutely terrible and very surprised by all the 5 stars given here. They do respond to emails very fast though and are polite and willing to answer questions. EDIT: I edited my review to a 4 star as it's not AKGelBlasters fault that I was not emailed a shipping notification from UPS (after I emailed AKGelBlaster after 7 days of no notice). I'm still docking off a star though as I was not initially given a shipping notification or update the first 7 days and I myself had to initiate the contact. Like they stated, they do seem like a smaller sized yet reputable company and so they have lots of orders I presume, I can not be too harsh. Please remove the tracking information and thank you (and they did! So thank you again).

The only thing I could complain about it the clips are pretty small so I'm glad I bought an extra. Otherwise absolutely amazing

Oct 13,2023Great customer service they accommodated all my request and answered all my question quickly. The package came on time and was package well. The blaster it self had amazing construction much better than most Gel blaster sites. The prices are about right not the best but definitely fairly priced for what you get. They also have some blasters that you would find on other sites that also ship quickly to the US.
