Also, the customer support was top notch as Sam (the seller and watchmaker) resized the bracelet upon my request without any issues and was always quick to response to any question. Also, i must add, the little pouch in which the watch arrived is great and is definitely a nice touch. Will be buying again, for sure.

Nov 14,2023In de ochtend gebeld over een horloge waar ik al een langere tijd naar opzoek was. Ik kon helaas niet het horloge op locatie passen maar kreeg al snel via app alle video’s over het horloge en bracelet. Gedurende de dag kreeg ik antwoord op al mijn vragen en heb in de avond besloten om het horloge te kopen. Al met al ben ik erg te spreken over de service en klantcontact en voor het volgende horloge kom ik zeker terug!
