Jan 18,2024ordered end Nov - order invoice states 4 week delivery - appreciate is over xmas period. Chased today was told it was ordered post xmas cut off and coincidentally was out for dispatch today. Informed them I no longer needed th ekit as the Club had already received their delivery back in Decemebr so had purchased through them. Was told this is not possible. Disappointed !!! 8Weeks and still not even dispatched is excessive.

Dec 21,2023Lauren was really patient with me in terms of final order and payment as the girls were very indecisive and things changed a number of times. I really appreciated the patience. The dresses were delivered really quickly. I got an email today at approx 9.30am and they were delivered by 2.00pm the same day. Only downside is the dresses have got quite expensive. I had a few parents moan to me (even though these dresses are optional) to the price of the dresses. They have increased from £42 per dress to £49 per dress. However, Lauren was very helpful and useful on emails and always replied quickly.

Dec 13,2023Akuma are, without doubt, the best kit manufacturer we have used in over 20 years of trying! The kit is fantastic, durable and looks top notch. The reps are polite, patient and knowledgeable. The turnaround times are exactly what they promise - if not faster! Any issues (if there are any, which is rare, and even more rarely the fault of Akuma) are dealt with swiftly and appropriately with maximum satisfaction. The whole process is smooth and Akuma talk you through every step. The best in the business; others should take note, but they still probably wouldn’t do it as well as Akuma. If you have a problem with Akuma, it’s probably your own fault ;-) Thank you, from all of us at Bury Hockey Club!
