fragile items arrived pack in an oversized box with little to no wrapping. One item ruined and soiled the rest of the delivery. Wouldn't recommend. Contacted albany to inform them of my unsatisfactory experience and was dealt with professionally.

While going through bank statements I realised I'd ordered a litter picker for our school almost a year ago. It never arrived. I sent an email to the company with reference number and an apology for my late request. Since it was just an €8 item, I expected that they'd send it. But I just got a flat 'Computer says you're too late' response. Poor customer service in my opinion.
