Dec 15,2022I received an order for 5 bottles of Acidic Toilet Cleaner/Descaler/Deodoriser packed loose in a big plain cardboard box, and the bottles had started leaking. This is an acidic liquid, and it was leaking from the bottles into the box. I didn’t realise until I picked up a bottle and my fingers started to burn. Totally unacceptable and unsafe packaging. I reported it to Albany and they apologised and gave me a refund. Fair play to them, but be aware that this may still happen when placing an order.
