Apr 08,2023Well i didn't spend a whole lot of money but it didn't matter. Denise and all at Albany were great. Product a day early, small problem, i didn't expect it sorted. But it was. If only every online company did business this way (im talking to you ali) There is a sequel. I contacted Albany. Not to request anything. But they (yes you Denise) listened and without me knowing sent a replacement product free of charge. I'm not used to online firms going that extra mile. I had the AliExpress after sales experience, they used every way to avoid responsibility. I was in busines for years. You stay in biz by looking after your customers. Repeat business not this CHURN. Thank You.
