I found the website randomly while looking for handles online and within a few minutes a pop-up chat opened and Giovanna (the best customer service representative person ever) started talking to me. She really helped me choose the handles I wanted (they had so many options!) and made the whole process very easy for me. The handles were delivered from Italy to Greece faster than I initially expected and all in all it was a very smooth experience. I would definitely recommend to others.
