Start to finish he kept me informed and responded to both mine and the banks queries pretty much as quickly as they were made to enable the process to be complete in less than 2 weeks from first consultation to the funds being released and the builders being on-site. Exceeded all expectations.

I have genuinely abused him with various questions, some silly ones too, at stupid hours of morning and night, over the weekends and always had a response in no time, not to mention the continuous re-assurance throughout the whole process of applying for a mortgage and waiting for an offer. I would highly doubt that on the market there are others as good and as approachable as Adam is and would recommend him to anyone that looks for help and advice during the home-buying journey. Aug 07,2024I don't do recommendations often as for me I take the responsibility very seriously! But in the case of Adam at Alfa Mortgages, I have absolutely no doubt in my mind. If Carlsberg made Mortgage advisors ..... Adam is your man! I work some ridiculous hours and the flexibility Adam offered was off the charts. I'd send ridiculous questions through late in the evening and I would blink and get a response. Adam is committed to his profession and this shines through. I had a complex personal situation and I never felt pressure - he was patient with me and let me lead the pace. But when I wanted to up that pace, he matched me. He is genuinely kind and caring and the relationship truly felt like he had my best interests at heart. Adam was recommended to me by someone I trust and he said to me that I would not be disappointed. He was right! If anyone asks me for a referral for mortgage advice now, my response is simple ..... pick Adam at Alfa Mortgages. Off the chart professionalism and knowledge, simplicity, flexibility and we even had some laughs! Adam .... thank you. You will never know how much I appreciated you in my challenging times.

I came to Adam with a complicated remortgage and purchase situation and straightaway Adam reassured me that he would find a solution. Adam has managed to achieve what I was told by other brokers would not be possible, and has secured the lowest rate possible despite the turbulence of the recent interest rate rises.
