Aug 07,2023I booked on-line two trips with this agency during my stay in Crete, in May 2023. The first one from Chania to Knossos: they picked me up in front of my hotel, the trip was very pleasant and interesting with our guide Stella who did great job in tree languages: english, german and greek, paying special attention to every single participant. In the evening they brought me back to my hotel. It was excellent! The second one from Chania to Samaria Gorge: they picked me up and brought me back to my hotel, as well, the trip was very well organized, our guide Dimitris was very careful and discrete, taking care of all of us all the time, but at the same time letting us enjoy this amazing place. The last but not least, I would like to thank to Mr. Nikos Tsiskakis for his promt replies and his professionality. I would highly recomend this agency!

Jul 20,2022I booked a trip to Knossos/ Iraklio 19.06,everything went smoothly.Good information ahead,precise pick-up at hotel and comfortable bus.Our guide,Mrs.Katarina,was very knowledgeable and nice.I was very impressed by her fluency in both English and especially German.All in all a great day out,and an interesting look into the Minoan culture.

May 31,2022I booked a tour with Alpha Odeon to Heraklion and Knossos. Lots of help from Kostis he even sent a map to where we were being picked up plus reminder for trip and the price was cheaper than anywhere else I’d looked . Only wish I’d booked our other trip with this company too and not our travel agent . 10/10 Kostis and a very big recommendation for you 😊

Nov 10,2021I booked two tours in Crete with this company - the Knossos Palace and Heraklion day trip, and the Spinalonga trip. The communication I received from Nikos was prompt, useful and friendly, and he helped me to book these two trips into a very limited time window with a range of possible dates unlike other companies I had tried! He remained in contact prior to my trips, and provided an excellent service. The trips themselves were very reasonably priced (cheaper than other agencies), with prompt pick-up, clean coaches and excellent guides. I will definitely use Alfa Odeon holidays on my next trip to Crete!

Nov 07,2021We went on a trip to the Elafonisi beach from Chania in August and everything went smooth and great. The trip was well planned, we first stopped for a little break at Cave of Agia Sofia for 30min in the morning and then when we were coming back to Chania, we stopped for a lunch in a nice little village. The guide was very nice and attentive, explained everything in detail and in an interesting way, and the driver also did a good job with smooth and fast driving. 10/10
