Oct 14,2024This company is very timely in responding to complaints. If people cant work a plan that this company freely offers - its their fault not Ali Dropshipping. I have dealt with them many times for years and I must say customer service is excellent and so are their products. That is why they have stood the test of time. Easy 5 stars in my opinion.

Oct 11,2024BIGGEST SCAMMERS Stalked me several times by phone text and email until i enrolled on a trial they took my credit card details and attempted to withdraw MONEY FROM MY CARD 7 times For different amounts from$39 to $249 when i called they answer FROM CROATIA telling me a lot of lies and being dodgy , they will charge. You FROM SELLVIA AND AliDROPSHIPPING which is NOT related to alibaba or aliexpress TOTAL SCAMMERS / no need to contact you now as i spoke to you and 10 other different people and even though you said my card details were removed you proceed to charge my card once again the following month SEVERAL TIMES AGAIN , i call MANY times And twice they hang up on me saying that they had to many calls , i am sure you just try very hard and professionally to remove reviews but not to be legally honest and STOP TAKING MONEY FORM PEOPLE To try 9 TIMES TO TAKE MONEY FROM ME IN MANY DIFFERENT AMOUNTS IS JUST DISGRACEFUL

Sep 25,2024They are usually pretty fast at getting back to us. In addition, they share information and look for the answers you need. My only concern is that multiple people get to send you emails and help so sometimes I don't remember what I said or asked. It is hard to keep track when multiple people email you.
