Mar 09,2013The company were very good about calling to arrange speedy delivery of the toilet I ordered. Unfortunately, when it arrived there was a crack in the unit, which can't be helped with online orders. Following a number of emails and phone calls from myself to try to sort this out quickly, the customer service team at Allbits have been more than helpful in scheduling a replacement product to be sent out and taking the faulty one away at no extra cost, so they've been very good at dealing with the issue I had.

Jun 28,2013I am completely redoing my en-suite and bathroom. I don't like to buy everything all at the same time just in case I'm not happy with the product so initially just purchased a p-shaped bath with enclosed shower screen. It was delivered on the day expected and I was extremely happy with the bath, etc. I then ordered a basin with cupboard. Again delivered on time and excellent quality. Finally, I ordered a wc, basin and shower tray, etc and all delivered on time. All products are well made, no damage and now installed and they look great. Why did I use this company 3 times? Delivered on time with free p&p, very helpful on the phone or email and products are of excellent quality at a great price. I couldn't get better prices anywhere else. Definitely recommended!
