Sep 20,2024I have had my self-directed IRA two years. I get easily stressed dealing with taxes, dispersals, etc. I called up Allegiance Gold, not having all my paperwork in order, - and no problem. Hanny had my file in minutes, walked me through the request forms and had the RMD request sent on to the trust company within two hours. It was done professionally, and friendly, and securely, with little effort on my part. THANK YOU, HANNY. What a relief!

Aug 11,2024I had been looking probably over a year's time, for a reputable place that not only would help me invest in a Self Directive IRA but most importantly, help me understand what I was doing. I am clueless with financial investments. I knew I needed to protect what I had but I was not going to just let anyone in. I spoke with 5 or 6 different people. Each time I emphasized that they needed to talk in the most basic of terms to me. If they started to talk over my head, I would remind them once. After that I was moving on. One company, once they found out how little money I was talking about (to him), decided that "oh so is there anything else I could help you with, okay then, you take care" hang up never to be heard from again. Wow. Yeah, I don't have hundreds of thousands but this is all I do have. If anyone needs protecting, it's me. 😵💫 Well, then came Sean and Patrick. They took their time, explained, and never rushed me. They made me feel like my questions were good even if they were just explained to me. Never made me feel stupid. Sean would just find a different way to explain it. He was patient. So patient. Even when the stock world was all shook up recently and he had the days from hell, he calmly called me at the exact time he said he would. His voice was a little rough from talking all day but he was just as wonderful as he was before. At this time he was a new daddy with a 3 month old baby girl. I am sure he wanted to get home to her and his wife but stayed with me until all my questions were answered. Sean truly is a God send for me. I am grateful that he, Patrick and Allegiance Gold came into my life. I feel safe, I feel taken care of, I feel valued, I feel like customer service is still alive! Thank you, Sean. Thank you for believing that vulnerable, financial illiterate people are still human and worth the time. Blessings to people like these. I highly recommend them.

We received a call from a man that worked with metals and gave us some very inportant information how we should go about investing in metals. We felt at ease with everything he told us and so we bought medals from the Company he is with. To our surprise there was a young lady that works with him that knows as much about this business as he does. We bought some gold and silver and if we have any questions This young lady can help with anything, if the man we first talked to is busy with other customers. We have put our full trust in both of them. Completely satisfied with this Company!!

May 16,2024This was my 1st experience purchasing gold and silver from gold Allegiance i called and talked to Dillon O'Doherty account executive i didn't know much about how when and what to purchase so i asked dillon meny questions he took his time and answered all my questions also was kind to educate me about this whole process witch i was very impressed and after 3 weeks talking to dillon 3 times a week plus texting i compared prices as well as customer service i decided to deal with the best company gold Allegiance and the best representative Dillon o'Doherty, i did wire the fund and 3 weeks later i recieved my package OMG the gold & silver coin and bars ware beautiful & individually sealed and sent by FedEx to my door with signature i couldn't be happier with my experience @ gold Allegiance .
