Nov 09,2024Renting a property from them initially was fine, but they do not answer emails without standard script, they constantly badger you on email when you’ve already paid rent. They don’t answer queries always on the side of the landlord.

Nov 07,2024Terrible service from the Dumbarton branch. Lack of comunication from the start. I had to phone them for updates. Did not get a draft of the home report to approve The best of all, the agent after discovering a leak from upstrairs flat did not inform me until the next day! She just locked the door a walked away!
