Jul 16,2021I have used Allnodes for over 3 years. I thought I had left a review before, but I have not. I first started using Allnodes for hosting MNs for WGR back in 2018. I still host them to this day and they have had 100% uptime without missing any rewards. I rate Allnodes as excellent because it is so easy to use. Even though I could run my own nodes, Allnodes has very low pricing and saves me a ton of time. When ETH2 finally became available for hosting in December, I used allnodes and my validator node has had 100% uptime since.

May 31,2021Great service in terms of cost. However, I staked my Ethereum, and the video they provide in order to do this (it is a video by Boxmining) was slightly wrong. The video by boxmining said that you could "stop the transaction before it is complete" after you hit the "send ethereum to smart contract" button on metamask. DO NOT DO THIS! Basically, I had to literally hack into a JSON file to fix the issue. Very scary, I could have lost a lot. And, I wasnt totally certain my hacking worked, thank god it did. Do not use this service if you aren't a programmer. If you are, it's definitely the most profitable. BTW, if you want to hide your keys, check out "Tresorit", it's a zero-knowledge online database (so nobody can hack into your database, including the people at Tresorit). The founders of the company said they'd handsomely reward groups of PHD students if they could hack into their service, and nobody could. They even gave these PHD students access as an administrator to their service. Nope, no luck. Also, try to store a hard copy of your keys in a safe deposit box at a bank. That's fairly safe.
