Jan 16,2020I came from using Gincoin to manage Masternodes, and while that was overall an excellent experience with a pretty simple interface, and a highly responsive team, Allnodes has been even easier. Much fewer instances of MNs going down & requiring restarts, an equivalent or maybe even easier setup procedure, and an easy to use and informative dashboard. Honestly, no complaints, excellent service, fair pricing. The ~2 times I've needed to contact customer svc, I've gotten replies within 18-24 hours.

Jan 15,2020Their customer support could use a few new members like Emma. When I talk to her she is very polite and genuinely tries to help me. Others either don’t reply to my inquiries or they reply something just to get rid of me... I rate Emma 10 out of 10. Others not so high. Overall as a platform everything runs smoothly and the design is really nice. Price for hosting is realistic and they update all the nodes in time. So far so good.
