An amazing experience with this company! I spoke w Aman booking flight from IAD to LHE. BEST customer service ever very professional explained each step and process clearly with my accommodations he was very understanding had a very clear communication. Very honest and sincere took the time to help find the best trip to fit my needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Again Thank you Aman for a great experience!!!!! We will be using services again soon

My experience with this travle agency is a pleasant one. The arrangements was excellent from the first time I spoke with Adam from get the airline. Tickets, visas, and hotel accommodation in Macca and Madinah and the transportation for the entire trip was excellent. I would recommend this travel service to anyone that would like to do Ummah.

Very good experience. I called them and they provided full details and explanation of the trip and all amenities. We had transportation services throughout the trip and they were able to book all flights, hotels, taxi services. Very good company and you should call them if you are looking to go to umrah. They will help you and make sure you have a very good trip. Our advisor was Mir Hamzah.

We worked with Adam to plan our recent Umrah trip and everything was absolutely perfect. From the minute we reached out he made himself available 24/7 and worked with us to make it the easiest process possible. Everything was seamless and smooth. Even after everything was booked, while we were in Saudi he was in constant communication with us and made sure we were taken care of and communicated with the drivers over there as needed. Last month I was visiting my friends and family living in Lahore Pakistan.I had a personal family emergency at home in Houston USA where I live.I searched online and couldn’t find a cofimed seat all the way home at reasonable price.I called Alsalam Travel agency recommended by my brother in law living in Lahore and talk to Mr.Abdul Rahman that I had to travel immediately back home to Houston. I was very impressed the way gentleman comforted me and told that he was going to try his best to find me a confirmed seat all the way home. I was very much surprised that Mr. Abdul Rahman called me back within few minutes gave me excellent news that he arranged my travel back home and I could leave same night.He even offered to meet me at the airport to handover the ticket but I asked him if he could deliver it to my place as I had to do last minute packing.Mr Abdul Salam came to my home delivered me ticket and collected the money.He provided me the service I never experienced anywhere else. To my surprise ticket was way cheaper than online prices. I was very much obliged by his remarkable efforts to help me out at time of need.I am highly recommending to anyone living or visiting Lahore to use Alsalam Travels and talk to the young man Abdul Rahman.I know my family will wherever we can.
