As someone interested in the financial sector, AmeriStar's status as a FinTech company caught my attention. Their innovative approach to investing is paving the way for the future of finance.
Run. Same guy as did the Driver Loan Investment Club. Look up the CFPB case. This guy belongs in jail. Several people have called the banks he supposedly works with and they said they have no record of him. It's taken us a good 4 years to get our money back. I really hope Angelo Sargent goes to prison and has a bunkmate/boyfriend named Bubba.
I've been exploring investment options with AmeriStar, and I'm impressed by their commitment to fair and secure solutions. Their dedication to providing high-yield investments is unmatched.
Here we go again, try to flag the person's honest review and if that does not work, reply with a truck load of lies and false accusations. Every reply you guys post to suppress my reviews, you add a bunch of more lies. Right now you have so many lies packaged in that it sounds downright ridiculous. Before coming up with your bunch of lies that includes mentioning about identity theft, at least check that my identity has already been verified by Trustpilot with my ID. You can post any garbage about anybody on your website, nobody cares, it's your website, are you guys that dumb or you think all other folks in this world are that dumb ? Goes to show that when you keep lying continuously, you easily expose yourself. You guys threatened me with litigation earlier and now you guys mentioned filing police reports. I off course know those are big fat lies but if it turns out to be true, you guys would be doing me a big favor. I have all the evidence that I need via our email conversations to expose your lies. Now go try and flag this review, let's see how that goes for you.

Please see below for proof that this company is fraudulent, STAY AWAY! They claim on their Sample Prospectus as of 1/4/2024 that their Director is Therese Hoard. I called Therese Hoard personally, whom I found easily - this name is extremely unique and there's only ONE to be found online anywhere! - and she has NEVER heard of Ameristar - which is also in Wyoming, just like her. Notably, Therese works for a company in which her job is to act as a board member such as director etc. for various OTHER businesses in the state of Wyoming, so seeing her appear as a director of Ameristar is what you'd expect given her job. They likely saw she offers this service in the state in which they're registered, and used her name without her consent. Furthermore, there is incredible inconsistency in the answers from different representatives at different times. When I spoke with Michael Bestenbreur, Senior Associate, he stated the 'CEO' is Eddie Britton. Their sample prospectus states the CEO is Roderick Frietes. When I mentioned this discrepancy to Michael, he said there's no error, Eddie is the executive and SEC compliance conduit, and both are listed on the SEC filings. I do see both of them, as well as Therese on the SEC filing as 'director'. When I called in, one representative said the CEO's name is 'Chris', and I asked what his last name is, but he said that information was confidential - since when is the name of a CEO of a public-facing company confidential?! And how come his name appears nowhere on the SEC filing? Michael had also said that the company has been offering this particular investment - the CD combined with the Regulation D offering - for 1.5 years. Yet when I go onto the SEC website looking for securities by Ameristar, I only see one filing - from August 2023. It's illegal to not register with the SEC for such investments, so if they were doing this for 1.5 years, they'd be in breach of the law for lack of SEC registration. Additionally, they have only been registered as a business in Wyoming since July 2023. Michael had also told me that the CD would be registered in MY name - yet on the sample prospectus, it clearly states the CD would be registered in the name of Ameristar. After consulting with Michael by video call, I asked him several questions by email, which he answered at first then passed me off to an associate to continue answering my additional questions. At first it looked like they were going to answer my questions, but then they said I'd need to provide status showing I'm an accredited investor in order for them to answer these questions. This despite the fact that Michael was answering my questions at first without once asking to first prove my status. It wasn't until I asked questions that might invalidate their legitimacy that they demanded this. They sent me an accreditation form which requested sensitive info like my social security number. When I declined saying I'd do that after having my questions answered, they said that they used an independent company which showed that I did NOT meet SEC accreditation requirements and they were declining to answer more questions because of this. I don't know how it's possible to determine this using only my name and email, and their supposed determination was incorrect in any case. Nevertheless, the questions I posed were valid questions intended to vet the company to determine legitimacy and would not legally require one to be accredited before answering - this is necessary before actually investing, not for providing information. For example, I requested them to provide proof of their relationship with Citizen's bank that would allow this Regulation D offering, whereby Ameristar deposits my funds into the bank as a CD which would act as a 'courtesy deposit', in exchange for the bank granting a loan to an otherwise unworthy lendee applicant, who pays Ameristar a percentage for this service. Another question was to show me the company or website they use to find their borrowers, who would be an essential part of their investment strategy. No link to such sites are found on their Ameristar website, which I'd expect to see if they were actually soliciting borrowers. They claim they have a long waiting list of borrowers to fulfill their investment needs. Finally, they have a facebook page, which as of 1/4/24 has 25 'five star' reviews - all posted within 6 minutes by people with names beginning with 'Msr' and Mst' - this is how they write Mr. and Ms. in South Asia - obviously fake reviews. Which of their 5 star trustpilot reviews are from verified users? None! Addendum: their reply falsely states I'm a personal trainer, that I own Maximum Velocity athletics, that I took down an Instagram account, that I continue contacting them and that I deleted a previous review - all false
I recently invested in AmeriStar's High Yield Certificate of Deposit, and I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received. Alec, one of their customer representatives, went above and beyond to address my concerns and guide me through the investment process. The personalized attention and professionalism make AmeriStar stand out. Highly recommended!
AmeriStar offers a level of flexibility in the terms of their High Yield Certificate of Deposit that sets them apart. The ability to choose from various maturity periods allows investors to tailor their investment strategy to meet individual goals. This flexibility, combined with competitive rates, makes AmeriStar an attractive choice for investors.
I agree with the review by Noel. There are just way too many red flags about this 'company'. I too had a zoom meeting scheduled. That did not work for some reason so we had a telephone meeting. I was so close to transferring money and opening an account with them. It just so happens that their website had a glitch that they couldn't explain so my transfer thankfully wasn't completed. I did a full SEC search and they cannot be found. The SEC numbers they have listed at the bottom of their website are meaningless. The only reference comes back to a similarly named company in Wyoming. As the other reviewer stated, if you ask for any company officer information, the representative will get very defensive and tell you to check the website. The website seems very professional but it's screams copy and paste fraud. I've checked with the banks that they mentioned that they do business with and these banks have never heard of Ameristar Investments. Googling the company returns no results. I would think than any financial company would be more than transparent with their corporate and contact information. I have email proof of my conversations with their representative so I hope that they don't respond to this review denying my existence or the validity of my review.
