Very polite employees. Their consultants are knowledgeable in the travel industry. They explain everything to you in detail enabling you to make an informed decision, a decision you won’t regret. I highly recommend them

It's a scam I paid in fnb account in South Africa got a proof of payment receipt with a Zimbabwean.They ddnt help me with anything asked for a refund no response from April 2023 till 2024 no response from them tried engaging lawyers UT ddnt help because transction was done in South Africa yet proof of payment receipt states Zimbabwe they are scammers

Giving 1 star as there is no option to give a zero. I have been waiting for my refund for months now and it's one story after the other or they outright ignore you. I then wrote a review on here after noting that it's a trend they practice - not refunding people their money. After ignoring my several emails they only reached out to me asking me to remove the review. I feel they lack integrity, use them at your own risk. See below email they sent me after weeks of ignoring my refund.all documents were submitted they are just coming up with excuses to hold on to people's money and that's borderline scamming. Greetings Yvonne It has come to our attention that a review under your name: Yvonne Katsukunya was left across a review management platform, associated with our name. You can't be asking for a refund, in the same, sharing negative reviews about us. We feel that's unfair, and not appropriate. We could flag the review, and provide evidence to the review management authority, and it will be remove, but as a company, operating in all fairness and honesty, it's our responsibility, to uphold the value of our image, reputation and client's relationship, since our exponential success is simply based on clients referral. Therefore, we will appreciate, if you could remove those reviews, while we go through your refund process!

Immediate update about Ami group of Companies, as I publicly challenged them to sue me. They have failed to do so, in actual fact they have been trying to get Trust Pilot to take down my review, they failed dismally, they’re just a bunch of shameless people. They were moaning about their names being published don’t they think they deserve to be rewarded for how they treat and talk to customers? Yesterday I was contacted by a lawyer from a different law firm who requested that I take down my review and he will convince them to refund my money in the next 14 business days, he was unaware that he was not dealing with an amateur, all he wanted was to get information from me so that he can pass it to them. Being the clever person that I am I deleted the review and I got exactly what I wanted this morning. He changed his tune and acted like he never mentioned anything when I have everything in writing. They’re crying foul claiming defamatory Remarks. Nothing was defamatory. They’re a get rich quick scheme, getting clients to pay money in return they do nothing but still get 30%. as at today I am 100% certain they were never going to be able to assist me with anything. They are a wannabe conglomerate, in my experience dealing with conglomerates, they own buildings not rent corridors under big corporations only to meet clients in hallways and entrance areas, Conglomerates as the name says it all have their own legal department not hire outside help. Conglomerates have a well thought out refund policy with the consideration of customers, but struggling companies will always think of how they can benefit from anything. AMI’s is set out in a way that they wait for a payment to come through only then they can afford to pay some one else. I suppose they're holding their breaths for someone to pay so they can afford to pay me, seemingly people are starting to ask for their money back as they're starting to discover they were sold a pig in a black sack. They do not have respect for their clients, my account manager disappeared nobody bothered to assign a new one until I realized that I have never been the type to tolerate incompetence. I pay for value for my money This is a public dare to them that if they’re used to defrauding people out of their hard earned money this time they met their match. They will pay back my money even if it means I must follow them back to Liberia. I have dealt with big organizations in my life time This review is meant for anyone/ everyone who wishes to engage in any form of service with Ami Group of Companies, to make a wise choice and be prepared to lose both money and time. Poor service and providing customers with False Information is the leading factor before anything else not to mention that some of the staff members that I have had the misfortune of closely working with, have this I’m better attitude when some have even confirmed they’re overworked and underpaid leading to the whole reason why they're understaffed all the time. To all those that paid the Black Friday 80% off US $6000 on the platinum package this is what you were promised; a) Canadian Visa Family application b) One way economy flight ticket principal applicant ( I just checked now flights to Toronto cheapest is R19 725) c) Valid job offer for the principal client with LMIA d) Visa application assistance and bio metrics x4 ( estimated cost $ 1500) e) Three months of complimentary sharing accommodation f) International English language Testing System R4900. Ask yourselves these two questions, if the amount paid is less than the cost of the whole package, are they then a company that maximizes loss and minimizes profits? They are fully aware that they were never going to be able to carry through with the promotion and they are just waiting for people to start asking for their money back in return they make money out of that. who then benefits when this happens? A legal company would send invoices bearing their physical address and VAT % Where do they pay their taxes? i paid money in their Sandton office but i was issued with a receipt bearing a Zimbabwean address not to mention the other which only came bearing only my address. To those that are unaware, it is much cheaper migrating overseas if you do your research well. Seeing that their company is good on paper only but are unable to actually provide the service, I decided to do my own research and I regret having met them and that I stooped so low as to think they are capable of doing anything at all. I mean they were unable to even book the English test for me but they want to collect 30% off my hard earned money. My husband and I work very hard, we don’t work up thinking of plans on how to rob people.

My family and I always had trust issues; I didn’t have any idea about immigration and visa consultants. On one of my good friends’ recommendations, I decided to have a meeting with AMI Group. Being ambiguous at first, I hadn’t decided whether to approach this company or not. However, AMI professionalism and constant support convinced me to the point where I couldn’t trust anybody else but THEM. I applied for Canadian immigration, and it's a DONE DEAL at last. All thanks to AMI.

Its difficult to put these feelings in words, it has been a very long journey for me...let’s start by doing the right first – Heartfelt thanks to Rahim and Trokon for making it happen for me. Their consistent and positive attitude never had me have a low moment. For past two years, they have been guiding me black & white, from preparing documentation, to providing IELTS Tutorial, it was them who helped me keep it going the right way and at the right time. The day I got my PR grant, I knew it is ONLY AMI Group I had to give full credit to. Truly a team of sincere professionals and commendable work ethics. Thank you for turning my dream true AMI. Your SA Office will not respond to our querries. I dont know if they are understaffed or what . but they are making it look like a scam especially when we have paid our monies . l wish we could have our own account managers in Harare .

Customer service is good and transparent only that u take too much time to respond thus keeping one in suspense eager to know if he is successful or not only the status of the consultant keeps the faith when u see visas being granted
