In the beginning we were given lot of wrong information and our paper works were not moving at the pace as it should have. The time when we realised that our property will be lost from our side due to no proper update on the mortgage, we contacted Mathew sir and requested for another mortgage Advisor. We finally got Babu Alambasha, we cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and hardworking he did for us. He was always available for us even during his holidays he never missed our calls and always updated us with all the process. From last 3 months our mortgage offer was not even applied for the property due to misleading information given to us. After over case was handed to Babu it took him only 3 weeks to get our mortgage. He is very efficient and loyal to his work as well as to his clients. Just word of thanks is not enough for his hardworking he did for us.

There has been several communication issues with Soilctors etc but because our Conveyancing in charge was Renjith, he chases up the matter for us , made sure that we get all Updates and speed up the process .
