Delivery is very prompt and products are exactly as advertised. You sometimes even get little surprises in your package!! (ie, chocolate) I've always been extremely happy.
Items on my waitlist were back in stock but I hadn't been notified. Then when I went to check out I'm told a couple of these things are out of stock

Well I have had the best phone call Today. A lady by the name of Taylor rang because I had an issue. I could not believe how professional and nice she was. We talked things over and she explained everything perfectly. I could not believe what customer service that was it made me feel so good to see there are still businesses out there who care about their customers. Well done AMR that was special. Jul 26,2023I called the Penrith store prior to travelling out there, to enquire if it was possible to arrange an account on that day whilst in store, so that I may be invoiced to pay later. I was VERY clear with the girl who took the call that I was unable to pay up front on that day and therefore needed to be invoiced for the purchases. She assured me that this was indeed possible, and so I drove all the way out to Penrith with the expectation that I would be able to arrange an account . I am already a registered client on your system, as a Beauty Therapist, and often shop with AMR with much satisfaction!! However once I got there, grabbed the products I required I was then told that it was NOT possible!! What went wrong? The silly girl didn't understand the difference between a receipt and an invoice!!! I believe that she thought because the receipt says "Tax Invoice" at the top that she thought it was a literal invoice!! How does this even happen, I mean you have someone serving who does not understand the most simple of Retail Business operations?!! Wow. Disgraceful. Fortunately, my son was able to pay for MY purchases on his ATM card over the phone. Otherwise it would of been a complete waste of my time, energy and Petrol!! Train your staff better, PLEASE! Update. Im very pleased to be able to write a much more positive review about the responce I got from AMR upon receiving my disappointing review. I responded to Taylor's invitation to email her directly to discuss further my complaint, and I was impressed with how geniune she was in her own disappointment that this had occurred and also her willingness to try to make right that which was wrong. Taylor assured me that AMR takes their Customer service very seriously and generously offered me a discount coupon to use with my next Order. How nice, thought I. Especially since recently when I gave feedback to another company, I was treated with contempt! They simply didn't care about their Customer's experience nor did they care to improve their business through valuable feedback! AMR has responded in a Professional and Ethical manner, in a timely fashion, and have treated my complaint/bad review with due seriousness, treating Myself with Respect and Dignity. I have full confidence that this matter has been addressed by AMR ensuring that all of their Staff members understand the basics! After a couple of emails with Taylor, I had the pleasure of speaking with her in person. She is now personally setting up an account for me, on my request, but wow talk about being willing to go the extra distance!! That's just amazing. Ok so yeah unfortunate experience initially, however as a result of their Upstanding Ethics of Customer Service, I would now rate AMR as a 10/10 and highly recommend this business. I don't think I'll bother using any other suppliers now, either! I would much rather shop with a credible business, one that is ethical in their dealings, wouldn't you also?? Thanks AMR for making a wrong, right again! And thankyou Taylor for listening and treating me with dignity and respect. Mashallah.
