Nov 07,2024Been using AW as my go-to place for purchasing film for a good couple of years now. Love their service and app and how they pass on discounts to their customer base if they get in some film at discounted rates from Kodak due to expiry dates or something. Since they opened their lab, they've also been my go-to for processing my film. Recently I posted my film (for free mind you) on a Tuesday and had them back through my door on Thursday or Friday- blew me away. I used to have to Trek to my local lab, paying a far premium price, and receiving a much slower service. I've even had an amazing experience with their customer service, querying an order which was really easy to get the help I needed. They're really interactive with the community they're building / the film community in general and it just makes me genuinely happy to be supporting an independent business offering such a stellar service- truly refreshing in present times.
