We need to have the boiler inspected prior to exchanging contracts on a new home and Andy was polite and patient on the phone when we needed to get an inspection booked in. Professional service and completed to the agreed time. We will use your services again for annual boiler inspections, maintenance and installations.

Apr 04,2023Andrew recently serviced our central heating boiler and we were most impressed by his level of expertise , his professionalism and respect for our home . Andrew was very methodical and detected a couple of minor faults during the service . Within an hour of leaving our property we received a very reasonable quote for parts and labour to rectify the faults . Additionally , Andrew inspected our gas meter situated outside of the property . He found the meter to be heavily corroded and emailed us a photo of the meter to forward to our energy provider for their attention. From our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew’s Heating Services . From the initial telephone booking to attendance on the day the whole process was excellent . Thank you .

Mar 24,2023Andy (Andrews Heating Services) provides excellent service and we cannot speak, or recommend him highly enough. We recently had our boiler replaced along with a couple of radiators, and another radiator adjusted in height. Andy was excellent throughout the whole process, from the initial quote to finalising the warranty and paperwork. Andy’s has great integrity, he is extremely polite, meticulous, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. His workmanship is excellent. He is punctual and extremely tidy when working. We would without doubt highly recommend Andy.

We sought advice recently on replacing a boiler and then proceeded to make that change. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Some weeks later the hot water stopped working (not a boiler fault). The response and repair was immediate. We wouldn't hesitate to use Andrews Heating again and to recommend to friends.

Dec 01,2022Andy has been my heating engineer for several years. I can't rate or recommend him highly enough! He gives reliable, timely, friendly, polite, clean working (they wear shoe covers and clean up thoroughly afterwards) and outstanding service. Andy's just fitted a new gas boiler, gas fire, and gas hob for me. All done and dusted within two days, despite the hob being tricky. He's happy to do repairs and kept my old boiler working despite its age. His assistant, Niall, is also very competent and pleasant. Andy is also very good with his communications; he is prompt with his messages, whether by email or text, and keeps his customers fully informed.

He thoroughly cleans up after he has finished, and something of a rarity these days with a lot of tradesman is, he wears shoe covers, which is so respectful of people’s homes. I would recommend Mark to anyone as he is a great person. All paperwork & guarantees are sorted by him personally on completion of job, so I didn't have to do anything other than make him a drink. Needing a replacement boiler, we found this company via Worcester Bosch and were delighted with the speed of response; the professionalism shown when visiting to quote - for example, testing the gas pressure to ensure it was right for the boiler, was more than the other companies offered; the thoroughness and price of the quote; the communication regarding lead-time and (of course) the standard of the work. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. Patient in explaining everything; clean, tidy and efficient in execution of the work and a pleasure to have in our home.

Andrew is pleasant and helpful and goes above and beyond: he even kindly removed an old broken hinge on my back gate for me so that the sideway could be more easily accessed. I can highly recommend him for his work, good nature, and reasonable charges.
