Unusually there were a few glitches this time; delay in getting my order to me, and then the full quantity of dog treats I ordered not being delivered first time, but, I am still giving five stars as they are really good at resolving issues promptly and effectively. That's what excellent customer service is all about, in my opinion, and a refreshing contrast to my recent experiences with other companies! Highly recommended.
