Nov 14,2024Quoted price by original insurer(customer of years) and unhappy with request for reduction contacted An Post-prompt reply ,no hanging around waiting listening to recordings ,premium quoted nearly 50% less expensive than previous With ,broadly speaking ,similar coverage -accepted and now motoring happily with An Post -top marks efficiency,courtesy,price and peace of mind.

Nov 14,2024From the 1st quote I got on line to calling customer service everything was absolutely flawless. Staff are ever so polite and will do anything they can for you. My Insurance went up a bit from last year and I called to query it and was able to get it back down again. I was very sceptical at first getting a great quote this was the reason for the call but everything I had on my previous Insurance came in at a fraction of the cost. This is my 2nd year with An Post and have recommended them to all my friends.

Nov 07,2024Post insurance is very easy to organise and I only gave them 4 stars because like all insurance you have to have it but afraid to make a claim because they punish you for doing so. Otherwise I'm very happy with post service.

Nov 06,2024My only issue was the renewal price which I felt was too high as no claims had been made, however, after speaking to a very nice member of the insurance team, my renewal was revised sufficiently downwards that I was happy to renew for a second year
