Spoke with three different people regarding my car & house insurance, each one was so helpful. I am not very tech savvy & they gave me great information/direction. Needless to say I now have both car & house insured with them.

My Uncle had a life insurance policy with On Post, he passed In September. It's now January, 4 months later and I am still trying to get them to release the claim. It has been nothing but stress since the beginning, firstly they told me to email all documents, but gave me the wrong email address, luckily for me they sent it through email so I could prove it. After I got the correct email address, they told me they didn't get the right documents. Now I'm not getting any response. I have had to apologise several times to the funeral home directors. We aren't able to give him a burial, because they won't release his ashes without payment. This is not good enough! It's an absolute disgrace that someone who is grieving should have to go through this!
Very competitive this year, 2 cars insured, including a group 50. simple process to secure quotes. Only issue is the usual, the an post renewal on 1 car was OK but got a better price as a new customer. Why do insurers do this?
