Aug 08,2024As humans, we tend to give feedback on negative experiences. Me personally, I only ever give positive reviews if it is a really positive experience. This guy, he is passionate, kind, sincere. Cares about the effectiveness of his work and does not rush a job. The carpet looks virtually brand new. He will be honest and set expectations about what might not be resolved. In my case, I used a horrible bleach on a spot of carpet years ago. He did not try to oversell or overstate what he can do to help. He told me the bleach has discoloured the carpet and it wont look original once he has done the cleaning, but it will be clean, and to be honest, even the bleached spot look remarkably cleaner. The rest of the carpet had puke stains, years of shoes being brought in on the carpet, food and tea/drink spills. It is all gone. We have had this carpet for 15 years. It is a medium/light brown colour and quite thick. After AP carpet cleaning was brought in, I would say it looks like it's only had several months of use - it looks that clean!
