Dec 31,2019Die Hotelbuchungen wurden zuverlässig vorgenommen. - Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Zusatzleistungen und die kompetente persönliche und freundliche Online-Betreuung bei allen praktischen Fragen zum Reisen in ein Land mit Besonderheiten. Dazu zählt vor allem eine iranische Debit-Card, die Apochi für Touristen ausstellen lässt: Sie hat das Bezahlen sehr erleichtert. Auch beim Organisieren des Visums war Apochi hilfreich!

Dec 10,2019At present there is -to the best of my knowledge- no valid alternative to book and prepay a hotel-room in Iran. Apochi solves the problem of traveling with lots of cash (as for the time being international credit-cards can not be used). I did not use them for my airline-tickets and/or tours.

Dec 08,2019The help from Apochi on our trip to Iran was above any expectations I could have had beforehand! I planned a trip with my 82-year old grandmother and therefor wanted to insure that every detail went smoothly. I booked the hotel through Apochi by chance, and afterwards received an e-mail with a WhatsApp number offering assistance with any inquiries. The person who responded was available 24 hours a day and helped with any question I could possibly have; also those who didn't involve purchasing something. Responses came quickly even late at night before our trip, and eventually they helped us book a transfer too. When our own visa-application fell through just 5 days prior to our departure I wrote the number asking for help, and just 2 days later they had gotten us accepted visas. During the trip itself everything went smoothly, as expected, but the incredible assistance provided before (and if needed during) our trip went above and beyond by any measure!! Next time I'm in the need of the least for future travels to Iran I will be sure to use Apochi's services again!

Nov 15,2019Nach dem Flug von Zürich nach Teheran holte uns unser Führer Oveyss Kiani mitten in der Nacht am Flughafen (IKA) ab. Professionell und für uns ohne jeden Aufwand hatte er uns zuvor die Visa besorgt. Die Reiseroute diskutierten wir vorher per Mail. Dass wir einen Teil der Kosten für die Reise von der Schweiz aus über Apochi überweisen konnten, kam uns sehr entgegen. Dieser Komfort war auf dieser für uns vierten Iranreise neu. Die Reise führte uns von Teheran über Semnan, Mashhad, Khaf, Birjand, Zahedan, Bam, Jiroft, Kerman, Tabas, Anarak, Natanz und Qom zurück nach Teheran. Oveyss Kiani führte uns mit höchster Kompetenz an verschiedene archäologische Ausgrabungsplätze und historisch wichtige Orte dieses Landes. Er kennt jedes Museum und bringt es fertig, dass es geöffnet wird, auch wenn es eigentlich geschlossen ist. Auch traf er eine gute Auswahl von Unterkünften, vom Sterne-Hotel, über Karawansereien bis zu einfachen Local Houses auf dem Land, die von Familien vor Ort geführt werden und so uns einen unkomplizierten Kontakt mit der Bevölkerung ermöglichten. Oveyss ist nicht nur ein ausgezeichneter Führer, sondern auch ein ausgezeichneter Fahrer. Wir fühlten uns immer sicher, auch wenn der Verkehr in Iran uns Schweizern das Staunen lehrt. Sehr angenehm für uns war auch, dass Oveyss alles Finanzielle erledigte und uns am Ende eine transparente Abrechnung vorwies, die sogar unter dem Kostenvoranschlag lag. Nov 08,2019I just completed the most amazing vacation in Iran. Everything was booked so well and the contact between the Apochi agent an myself was very professional and done way before I arrived in Tehran. I travelled from Tehran, Esfahan and ended in Shiraz with the most amazing and insightful tour guide. She’s was energetic, passionate and she allowed me to experience Iran through true lens of a millennial. Iran has been a very special place for me and I highly recommend anyone to visit this country through Apochi.
