I am just getting start with my business so with the tutorials plus my coaches I am learning to navigate both the AppSenic site plus loading items in my store making it work on my website. Any of the bumps along the way have been resolved easily. Though I haven't been in this type business long enough to run into a lot of problems, so far they were solved easily. I don't have a strong opinion yet, however give me time if I see something that would be an improvement I would reach out. So far AppSenic has worked well when tried. I am pretty new to the process so my views are based on three months of use. The one thing I find for beginners is that prices are too high on many items. I have been told by customers wanting to shop that this is the case. In order attract newcomers, and be competitive, many prices on every day items should be lower. It would also get my business moving along, right now it is stagnant.
The app is easy to use. It has a variety of products to choose from. Accessing the account is very simple. To manage the site is very easy as well. Majority of the products are reasonable priced for any budget. And the instructors are amazing. I highly recommend this company.
Good response time and dependability. Answered questions appropriately. A feeling of trust as a client that issues will be addressed.

Firstly, the platform itself is very good. I've been using the platform for a few months now and have 2 different product websites using Appscenic. The products sync with the website, without issue, as long as you don't amend any of the product names titles, or spellings - I am in the UK so when I changed 'color' to 'colour the products failed to sync. Nevertheless, Appsenic were on this and resolved it. There are some frustrating problems when you sync products. The supplier descriptions are an absolute mess. Genuinely, I must have spent about 3 straight weeks in total removing 'odd characters', and correcting formatting as well as grammar. When you have 2 stores with 1000+ products in each, this can easily become frustrating. The choice of products is pretty good, depending on what products you wish to sell. Searching can be a bit of a chore at times as I've noticed you can search for one keyword and even if you search in the correct category it won't always bring up the full selection. Now on to the part I feel is probably most important to me, and that is communication. Generally Appsenic are good, polite and gets things resolved when it comes to general questions. The area in which I've had huge problems is relying on them as a 'middleman' to communicate with suppliers. Example - the customer wants to exchange an item for a larger size. You then contact Appsenic who then contacts the supplier. Appsenic will then feed the information back to you then you go back to the customer - sounds fairly straightforward. Unfortunately, this is not the case. In the 2-3 months I've been with Appsenic, I've had scenarios where the request has been an exchange, only for the supplier to cancel and refund the order, this has happened twice now. Also, you can be waiting days for Appscenic to give you an update, so you have a customer wanting to know the status of their exchange or refund and I have absolutely nothing to tell them. This is my scenario again as I write this. I've been told by Appsenic that they can exchange the product as long as the customer is happy to cover the cost of return, my customer has accepted this but I've now been waiting close to 30 hours for further instructions (delivery address etc.) Despite, 2 emails, absolutely nothing. They say that with different memberships you have different response times - this is absolutely rubbish. I've been on both the 'Pro' and now on the 'Elite' and it honestly makes no difference whatsoever. I'm not really sure why Appsenic insists on having to be the middleman, as other such apps/sites such as Modalyst allow you to communicate directly with the supplier (I only discovered this last week while signing up for a free trial). Allowing the store owners to communicate with suppliers would surely make life easier for everyone. I'm now beginning to look around at other such apps as this is just not working for me. I've also got a scenario now where I will probably end up refunding the customer out of my own pocket due to Appsenic's poor communication. It could be so much better. *************UPDATE Appscenic (Felix) have now just come back and told me the customer is NOT entitled to an exchange, despite them (Adrian) saying the total opposite 2 days ago. Absolutely shocking. As stated above I will now have to refund the customer out of my own pocket. If you are serious about starting your own business, PLEASE avoid Appscenic.
