May 31,2023I like the functionality of the site but making changes to the Item categories would be easier if we could cut and paste from similar items. Payment for orders also seams slow, as it took 8 days to get the payment credited to my account after I paid for an order and the order was processed. Order was placed 5/2 and payment to me was 5/10

May 31,2023I do think the Company can be great. I noticed a out of 5,000 items, that their are certain niches. This forces the business beginner to have to pick a niche or a few or even all. I think as a General Store I would've liked to see Tv.s, PC's, etc. I wanted more of a hobby shop which I could have made with a General Store like Amazon. I understand they are Goliath but I would've been to accomplish that or a Camping Store.. The furniture is probably excellent but unaffordable as are the Electric Bikes and Scooters with needea wider selection, Maybe you are headed there . I don't know. But if I have an alternative I hope you would let me know.

May 26,2023Integrates with Shopify seamlessly. Very simple to use, products are quickly pushed to your store and categorized. The wallet feature is convenient and easy to use. Customer Service is very responsive via chat or email, They have a good range of suppliers who ship products quickly.

May 02,2023All in all i had a very dissapointing experience. To me it was all bad and damaging my store and i will never ever use appscenic again. No communication about delays or what so ever, processing times are not accurate and can't be trusted, shipping takes ages even when the product pages say 5 days. To return products you need to create a ticket and it takes ages to get an answer. For everything i had to ask for help because everything is reactive. Dont expect them to be proactive about anything. The answers are allmost always telling it is the supplier or that is usually doesn't go this way.

Apr 29,2023Well it was my first sale on my new website and I learned a lot about the process that I was not prepared for. Kind of fumbled my way through and used the chat line to get good answers to my needs. All worked out it seems and I believe a better confidence in the system now exists.

Apr 29,2023Appsecenic is really easy to use. Love it! Almost fully automated. It would be nice to have more products to sell. I can find them in appscenic (UK) but can’t get them shipped to Europe. But I really like appscenic!

Apr 28,2023Great products. Easy to navigate. However, the product selection is limited. My outdoor sporting goods site needs hiking, water products, and climbing products that i cannot find on your platform. Also, I have never searched for Sex toys on your platform and they always show up when I'm searching product. I have a 13yr old granddaughter that loves to help me search for products and it very frustrating when they appear.
