Jun 27,2024I have used this platform for roughly two months. This website has good parts and bad parts. Pros: The payment process, the extensive catalogue, the intuitive UI, and the highly efficient sync system are standout features of this platform. The support team is also commendable, offering timely and useful assistance in around 70% of cases. Cons: The price of products needs to be lower to make any profit after considering the subscription and online shop fees. The support team could be more helpful in some cases when I need to talk to the supplier. The return process is challenging, so the little profit I made goes into refunding the customers. Generally, this is a lousy platform for me because it favours suppliers over retailers. You may make some money from it, but I am considering cancelling my subscription.

Jun 28,2024I’m new to the site and your platform And using a standard account haven’t gone premium yet It seems to be very well laid out/organized; pretty self-explanatory, however I didn’t notice upon selecting my 50 to 60 items for my site and item count or inventory of how much might actually be available of each item… I’ve worked in retail for a good sum of my life and I understand keeping track of inventory can be pretty rough; And maybe that information is available on the premium side of things I wouldn’t know yet, if it is available on the standard user side, let me know. I probably overlooked it being a new user and all… The selection of product for my site is pretty extensive just seems to go on and on and on, which is great because there’s plenty to rotate stock with if something is not working out or runs out of stock, much has already happened and speaking of which I got a small about one of my products and check the rest to make sure they’re still available… I don’t really have any suggestions for chains or improvement as of yet other than you know maybe adding a close to accurate as possible item count unless it’s already an existence, If I should happen to think of anything I will for sure let you know I’m not shy in that regard… In the meantime, keep up the good work, Let’s “Ship some drops” (get it ⁉️{Ship some Droos‼️} I’m excited for this new Opportunity to take “flight“ hopefully I don’t get stalled out on the ground.
