May 25,2018I like the software that Arbeit provides for the telecommunications industry. Everyone that I've ever dealt with at Arbeit is also top notch. However I was recently back doored by their outrageous VOIP prices. When I switched providers I was told that my bill would be close if not less than than my provider's price at the time. It was for 3 months until I received my first $1600.00 phone bill, mind you I was paying roughly $700.00 per month prior to this. When I called for an explanation they claimed they were not charging me right for the first few months and that they finally caught it. My phone bill has been around $1600 ever since a full thousand more than I was paying before. I'm already giving them around $1200.00 per week for their dialer service. Again service is good for telecommunications, people that work there are great but they get at the very least $6400 per month from my small business. Make sure you can afford that.
