Jan 29,2025I paid for my order and was tracking my order then the tracking information stopped. I emailed questioning where my order is and they replied they would contact the transport people. A few weeks later I emailed again for an update to which they replied that the post office sent it back but not to them so they never recieved the items either. I asked for more information such as which post office, what day, which area was it, how many attempts did they try to deliver it? I got told that information is sensitive. I asked for a refund and got told that I didn't have any item to refund for money so they would lose money on my order. I asked for them to send another one and they responded yes if you pay for it again as well as shipping. Never got another reply.

Jan 01,2025I paid for but never received product and was told that they tried to deliver but had incorrect address. They did not have incorrect address as I had my confirmation with correct address. Additionally never notified me of such and refuse to refund my money. SCAM!! Do Not order from them.

Nov 30,2024They provide a useless tracking number. I tracked my goods until suddenly the entries stopped. I wrote to them but they only answered that maybe the product was lost and they could not refund me without deducting shipping and the cost of the lost product; what kind of refund is that!!? How in the world can something with a tracking number get lost and no one assumes any responsibility?

Oct 29,2024I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered the Anxiety Bookshelf. It tracked it from US to Scotland Uk. Then nothing, after lots of back & forth via email, they changed the size of item I had ordered and offered me $3 for a £30 order. AVOID this site .

Oct 21,2024WARNING! Arbitrbilogy is a totally illegitimate SCAM junk store. I placed an order and it took OVER two MONTHS to receive the item I ordered. THEN, it DIDN'T EVEN WORK. Their "guarantee" is for 30 days. So, since my order was over 60 days old I could not get a refund OR a replacement.

Sep 29,2024Beware. I ordered a 300 - 500cm no drill.clothes rail. They sent 40 cm clothes rails which looked like the cost about £1. I didn't even know who they were from. No paperwork just a cheap packing bag. I paid over £40. They also kept sending me tracking saying my item was being delivered. That's why I initially didn't link the product I received to the one ordered. I only found out when i checked the tracking and contacted them to see when i would receive my order. They said it was delivered on 10th Sept but according to the tracking it was still in the USA on the 10th Sept and was going though customs on 24th Sept.They have offered me £4 partial refund.

Sep 04,2024I bought a net for dogs, turned out to be absolutely UNUSABLE and not what was advertised. Scam. When I wanted return they suggested 5€ out of 50 that I payed. Scammers!!! IT WAS AN INSTAGRAM AD.

Aug 30,2024I wish you had a ZERO rating. This company is a sham and does bait and switch. You think you are buying one product and some horrible sticky mess shows up a couple weeks later. Customer service offered me $2 instead of refunding the disgusting product they mailed to me. They also won’t give me the address to return the item. Had to find it online. Next step is to get a hold of PayPal so they can’t continue ripping people off.
