I liked the fact that from a small deposit no payment was necessary until completion which to me showed confidence in the product. The lads that built the hut were courteous and professional. All in all a very smooth process.

The team that arrived to install the cabin were absolutely outstanding, they worked extremely hard and professionally and were very courteous and respectful. We are delighted with the cabin and look forward to using it for many years to come

Aug 01,2023Outstanding job. Ben and Jamie were super quick and knew exactly what they were doing. They had pretty much everything done on the first day of install. Gave us some helpful advice on how to use and look after our cabin. Can’t praise them and Arctic Cabins enough. Now we just have to spend the next year or so regaling it with Viking stuff!

Jul 28,2023What an amazing company. From the moment we spotted the arctic cabins the sales team were so helpful. We asked so many questions and visited the Studley site several times! They were never pushy. Sarah who we dealt with was extremely good. The team arrived on time with their truck load of wood. They were so efficient - a brilliant team - Adam, Sean and Ross. Amazing to watch them put it all together - excellent quality. Lovely guys and so professional. We have had a couple of weekends enjoying our cabin with friends and family - everyone loves it. We are looking forward to many more evenings of fun and laughter in it. I can highly recommend Arctic Cabins.

The sales team couldn't do enough to help and the installation team on the day was exceptional. We love our cabin and all the little details that make it so cosy and homely. Sep 11,2023Ordered at The Great Yorkshire Show and installed only a month later! Great communication throughout. Only took a few hours to build and the team were really tidy. The BBQ hut looks like it's been there for years. Solid and well designed, a great addition to our land.
