Jun 28,2020We had our sloping cabin installed by Arctic Cabins last year and they took about 6 hours to build on site in our garden .The lads were very efficient and very friendly and after gave us a full run through on how to use the cabin and what to do maintenance wise ,it also came with a ten year guarantee.The cabin itself is beautifully constructed and we have spent many a happy hour in there even in mid winter when it was freezing outside it was 70 degrees inside with the fire going .It is something we and our family and friends love so would definitely recommend this supplier as they build them in their factory

Jun 25,2020Very impressed with service and quality. We had the Artic cabin in October last year and it has been our escape pod. The 3 lads arrived just after 7 am and worked solidly until it was complete. The extras like the coloured lighting, hides and artic accessories really help to create a relaxing space. All our visitors and friends we have shown photos to have been very impressed. Would recommend having one.

Jun 22,2020We love our Artic Cabin, wonderful company, wonderful cabin. Our cabin was installed exactly as ordered, it has been a superb investment. Who needs a holiday when you have a cabin in the garden :)

Jun 18,2020The Cabin is fantastic, as was the service when we ordered it and had it installed. The reason for 3 stars rather than 5 is because i was burning wood for a number of hours and apparently overheated the chimney. Luckily i noticed this immediately as the paint on the chimney ignited all the way round and the flames were quickly creeping up the outside of the chimney towards the timber roof. i was fortunate to have a hosepipe nearby which i used to quickly extinguish the burning paint. I guess i am to blame for having overheated the chimney but there is no thermometer on the chimney to warn of overheating and i don't recall seeing any warning that fires must be kept small or the paint could catch fire. We were told that as we had used the BBQ as a bonfire the warranty won't cover it. I am still pleased with the cabin overall but really quite sad to have damaged it without meaning to and to have been told we had used it as a bonfire which sounds very irresponsible, thus voiding the warranty.

Jun 18,2020After seeing an Arctic Cabin for the first time back in 2018, we knew we had to have one. Fortunately we had a second chance to touch & feel one at the build it live show in February 2020. A great sales person gave us all the information we needed (a very easy sale) & the deal was done. From that moment on Arctic Cabins stayed in contact, especially given the current covid climate & on May the 12th our cabin was fitted. Todd & Jamie were the fitting team and honestly worked harder than ever to complete our cabin faultlessly, we couldn't be happier with end result. Highly recommended from start to finish, you only live once so go for it.

May 19,2020Although a little hesitant at first, now we have the cabin we have used it extensively throughout the winter. A great party place with the bbq / fire going. Cabin stays nice and warm on a cold night. Great light system with the cabin. It’s a lot of money but it is so special it is worth it. All our guests/friends have loved it.

May 01,2020Super excited to receive the news we could have our cabin delivered and built. Can’t describe all the different emotions we felt when the team arrived to erect it in a very special corner of our garden. Due to social distancing we had to watch its’ progress from a distance. Oh my, how wonderful it was when we went out to see the completed cabin. Cannot believe how amazing Adam and Matthew were, they didn’t stop until it was finished (hours before we expected them to) and had done a first class job. The whole team from the beginning of the information collecting process to the minute the ‘lads’ left was fantastic. So pleased we went with Artic cabins. All that is left is for us to transform our cabin into our own ‘Norwegian Hytte’ in memory of our Norwegian lifelong friend, Liv. Thanks to all involved and here’s to many happy hours spent in our BBQ cabin.

Apr 06,2020We've had our small Arctic Cabin for 6 months now. Best purchase we've ever made. We've used it regularly throughout the winter. Friends thought that we were mad, inviting them over for bbq's in the frost and snow. However we were snug as bugs in rugs in the cabin. The only problem was getting people out and on their way home before dawn! The cabin itself is sturdy and well made. Everything fits together well and it looks great in the corner of our garden. The walls are nice and thick, so as long as noise levels are kept to a reasonable level we're not disturbing neighbours. No complaints yet, anyway. As advised by the installers we've just given it a 6 month timber re-treatment. The cabin looks as good as new and with care it should continue to give us pleasure for many years to come. No regrets at all regarding this purchase.

We were given a very comprehensive handover with a contact number if we had any problems. The cabin is fantastic and we are thrilled with it. Well worth the money we paid, and look forward to sharing the experience with friends. Thank you so much

It was erected in one day and the men who built the cabin were friendly, pleasant and worked none stop, despite the scorching sunshine. We are very pleased with cabin which was exactly what we were promised, and glad that we chose Arctic Cabins.
