May 07,2021Super Service, schnelle Rückmeldungen und sehr kulant. Die Qualität der Kleidungsstücke ist sehr gut und ich freue mich, dass es auch in Größe XL schöne Basisteile gibt. Die gedeckten Farben finde ich super.

May 07,2021Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Support bei meiner Reklamation. Ich bin großer Fan der Armed Angels Kleidung und dass man auch wenn man ein Problem hat so einen guten Support erhält rundet das Gesamtbild ab :)

May 07,2021Super Service Grundsätzlich tolle Produkte, die auch haltbar sind. Ich war mit der Qualität von zwei Oberteilen ausnahmsweise unzufrieden, da diese nach dem ersten Waschen eingelaufen waren. Nachdem ich das per Email geschrieben habe wurde sich schnell und ernsthaft darum gekümmert. Ich habe letztendlich einen Gutschein in Höhe des Warenwerts angeboten bekommen und zusätzlich gratis Versand. Danke, weiter so

May 07,2021Sehr qualitative und coole Produkte! Auch ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Die Abwicklung von der Bestellung bis die Sachen losgeschickt werden und der Retoure bis zum Erhalt des Rückgeldes dauert mit Vorkasse relativ lange. (Da kann aber Armed Angels nichts dafür, drum alle 5 Sterne.)

May 06,2021Armed Angels was recommended to me by a stylist in a fashion group. I checked it out and thought the straight leg FJELLA pair looks really good. So here began my nightmare journey with the brand. The shop is based in Germany and I was ordering from the UK. I used the size guide and ordered a pair. First of all, beyond the email confirmation of purchase, they don't offer any further kind of update at all. The first confirmation email would say "in progress", then this would stay as a status up to when the item arrives. After a week, I emailed them to request an update or a tracking number. They said not to worry, the pair will get to me even with some delays. I thought fair enough, Brexit is probably causing this. The item arrived after 2 weeks. The pair was farrr too big, far off from the size guide. So I decided to return. Not a free return, I have to use Royal Mail. Ok fair enough, not a big brand. Took 2 weeks to get to their warehouse. Took the post 3 attempts to deliver (according to the tracking) before the return was delivered. Ok, delivered. 1 week later, I emailed asking how come I haven't received a refund? 48 hours later, I received a reply saying they confirm my return has been accepted and that they will issue a refund soon. I got my refund. Ok, so long process. I was not giving up on the brand, ordered the same pair 2 size down. After I went through payment, the confirmation page gave me an error. I went to my email and wait for a min to see if there's a confirmation coming through. Nothing. So I thought it didn't go through, made another purchase and this time it went through. An hour later, I checked my email to find 2 confirmation email. I quickly emailed armedangels pleading with them to cancel 1 of the order. They replied the next day saying it's not possible because the items are packed and ready to be shipped. They said the only way is to just return or refuse (which is impossible because there's a designated mail area in my apt building. 2 weeks later..... once the 2 items arrived, I did another royal mail return of one pair. 2 weeks later, the post office did 3 attempts to deliver. Noone to receive. I emailed them and emailed them and emailed them since then, 3 times for exact, it's been 2 weeks....no reply whatsoever. I finally plead and reported this to Paypal, who thankfully lets me know that if seller is not responding within 10 days, I'll get a refund. My experience is not a one off. If you check other negative reviews before mine, you'll see that other customers have had the same issue with the website and customer service. Very sad. I tried really hard to give this sustainable brand a chance. But after this much hassle, a negative review is truly warranted...

Die Kleider in der Grösse die mir empfohlen wurden passen perfekt und so muss ich auch nichts zurückschicken. Ich bin rundum zufrieden & mein Paket wurde auch superschnell geliefert.
