Ho acquistato un letto matrimoniale un materasso ed una rete matrimoniali. Ottimi prodotti ad un prezzo minore in confronto ad altri venditori. Con ArredareModerno ho avuto la possibilità di arredare il mio locale con nuovi tavolini e sedie per bar. Ho acquistato diversi prodotti su Arredare Moderno. Tutto senza alcun problema. Ultimamente ho riscontrato un problema di accensione su una lampada all’interno di un vaso illuminato e contattando l’assistenza clienti mi hanno sostituito il kit di illuminazione senza alcun costo da parte mia. Il nuovo pezzo mi è stato spedito in tempi rapidi. Direi un servizio impeccabile, attento alla propria clientela.

J'ai commandé une table et des chaises pliantes de fabrication italienne. J'ai échangé avec le personnel de cette entreprise italienne en français (il semble que tout le monde parle très bien français !!). La prise en charge est complète pour le suivi des colis (on vous prévient à l'avance, à quoi faire attention pour la réception, etc.). Les produits et le service sont de très bonne qualité. Les produits sont arrivés plis tôt que le délai annoncé. 100% parfait.

Bueno, voy a seguir contandoos mi odisea con esta empresa, sigo sin recibir lo que compre haya por el mes de septiembre, que en teoeria deberia haberme llegado a finales de noviembre, estamos a princpios de enero y no he recibido nada. Y no solo eso es que no me dan fechade entrega. Obviamente les estoy pidiendo que me lo solucionen pero desde luego que no lo hacen. Que me aconsejais? deberia denunciarles? la verdad que con que me devuelvan el dinero ya lo daria por zanjado porque me esta generando muchos quebraderos de cabeza. Es una vergüenza de empresa. No les recomiendo que compren aqui
Hemos, amoblado nuestro apartamento con la ayuda de arredare moderno, en primer lugar puedo decir que la atención es impecable siempre atentos a todas nuestras inquietudes, por otra parte tienen catálogos muy completos con lo cual fue posible elegir todo lo que teníamos en mente para la decoración de los espacios. Cuando llegaron los muebles todo llego en buen estado y completo. Los recomiendo 100% super confiables.

I bought a dinning table and 6 chairs. I needed the chairs’ base to be made in noce canaletto and I was able to order it online. Everything was custom made in Italy, the quality is excellent.

This is a warning for anyone wishing to purchase anything from this company. They have ignored myself, ignored UK Tradinf Standards, ignored letters from the European Consumer Council, Italy Trading Standards. If you buy from this company you are taking a risk to your monrey. I ordered an expensive Cattelan Italia dining table from Arredare Moderno at the start of August 2021. Three months later no table. I was given an excuse that the table had a manufacturing flaw. I contacted the manufactuer to confirm the manufacturing fault and they stated this did not happen. I had been lied to. Evidence is pointing to Arredare Moderno keeping my money from August and not placing my table order with Cattelan Italia for 3 months. That cannot be legal. Five months later and 10 weeks late after several false excuses, I received a damaged table. Arredare Moderno has refused to replace or refund the damaged table. The company does not respong to my emails, Trading Stanard letters,European Consumer Council letters as all post gets retruned to sender. Italy European Consumer Standards have contacted them and as yet they have not responded to them either. Avoid this company as they are not to be trusted. What type of company does not repond to phone calls, emails and letters - A Bad Company. Below is my story, I will update this review as I get updates. The table was received 3 months late. The damage to the pallet casing was reported to the delivery driver at the time of delivery. Once the pallet was opened (within 30 minutes of receipt) I immediately reported the damage to the table to the courier company head office and I also emailed and Whatsapp Arredare Moderno including photos of the damage. My legal rights mean the goods need to be delivered to me on time, free from defects, and durable and legally I have 30 days to report the damage. This is the law. For some reason, Arredare Moderno seems to think the law does not apply to them. Arredare Moderno is refusing to replace the damaged table or refund me my money. They have offered through this review the offer that I can pay for the table again at trade price which is ridiculous. Beware of this company, throughout the process they have been dishonest with me giving me dishonest replies to why my table was late and not resolving the damaged goods I received. If you buy from Arredare Moderno be fully aware of the risks involved. 5th August 2021. Table order and paid for via bank transfer. Rosalinda from Arredare Moderno advised me to pay via bank transfer. They said it would cost £1000+more to order with a card, I should have realised a normal company would not do this. Beware of paying with a bank transfer. Update 23rd December 2021. Cattelan Italia Table eventually arrived damaged, large crack down the middle of the table. Arredare Moderno refused to get courier company to collect damaged pallets. Update 12th January 2022. 3 weeks after I received the damaged dining table I have received a response. They are claiming I did not report the damage to anyone which is false as I reported the damage to the driver at delivery and I also reported the damage to the courier company as soon as I opened the pallet and also sent WhatsApp and emails to Arredare Moderno as soon as I opened the pallet. I have pictures, emails, and WhatsApp messages to prove my case. Update 18th January 2022. I contacted Trading Standards UK and the UK International Consumer Centre to get professional and legal advice today. A letter was posted yesterday to Arredare Moderno advising them of my legal rights which means the goods need to be delivered to me on time, free from defects and durable. Update 16th February 2022. Arredare Moderno has not replied to my email nor my letter I posted to them on the 17th of January. I contacted them on the 8th February 2022 via their Whatsapp number and Rosalinda who is the front person for Arredare Moderno advised I would get a response on the 17th February 2022 but no response was received. Italian Trading Standards are currently contacting Arredare Moderno on my behalf. I will post another update when I have more information on what Italian Trading Standards have to say on this matter. Update 3rd March 2022. UK European Consumer Council UK advised me that the Italy Consumer European Council has contacted Arredare Moderno a couple of weeks ago and advised them off my rights as a consumer. Update 12 April 2022. Cattelan Italia have stepped in and sent me a new table top. Table top arrived damaged when opened by courier, refused delivery of table top. Update 24 October 2022. Arredare Moderno have tried to take this review down several times, another demonstration of how they operate. This review is staying here, and I will ensure my story is told.
