May 12,2022I ordered 4 boxes: two were delivered at the same time, one was delivered that evening, and when the fourth box didn't arrive, I emailed the company with my concern. I got a response within hours. I learned that one box had been returned due to insufficient address. I let the company know. Two days later, the box showed up. I emailed the company to let them know that I received the last box and thank them. Then, I was told that they had shipped another box to me to cover the returned box. I'm not sure which final box I received from whom, but the customer service was excellent! I will buy more -

Apr 18,2022Love product would have given 5 stars but only gave 4 for one thing. I got an email that said product was delivered. It should have said sent out for delivery not delivered. I have ordered from the company before and same thing happened. I thought someone stole my package.

Apr 06,2022The Customer service is fantastic. The tile sample that I ordered arrived in time and was exactly as described. It looks very realistic when applies to the wall however since my plan was to place it over existing tile I am afraid my existing tile was too thick. I am going to have to remove my tile first.

Feb 13,2022I really like the look and idea of the foam tiles. I ordered 5 boxes (50 tile). About 50% of them did not stick. And 50% of them have different color "grout" lines. I thought maybe it was different because a got a bad package or something. But it was a mixture in each package. 2 of the tiles I couldn't even use because when I was peeling the plastic off it peeled the tile.
