Jun 12,2023Like others have mentioned, this is not the cheapest service. This is, however, (from my research) the best option available right now to gain organic followers on Instagram. I think if you are looking for the right way to do things and you have a larger budget, then Ascend Viral is a very good option. My company has spent a few months with them, and we've averaged about 500 followers per month. The followers have largely been high quality, so it's been worth it for us. Recommend.

We have multiple different IG pages for the same business but in different languages and they somehow manage to deliver niche-related followers in each different language! May 25,2023The followers they provided were very spammy. They didn't do their homework to target the right accounts. It should take 10 minutes of work to find the right target accounts. The customer support was terrible. These people don't care about you. A waste of money. Also beware - they have a bunch of people promoting them on reddit. I'm guessing it's their people not true fans. Please note - I was not being rude to the team members at Ascend Viral. I spent 50% of my marketing budget on them and expected good quality. We are a small startup with limited funds. We trusted Ascend Viral and were terribly disappointed. Their team member told me that I had to do the work I paid them to do myself. Any sane person would find that unacceptable. Also they made it seem like I was getting the service I paid for which is ridiculous because they weren’t doing their job! To be honest, I’ve never left a negative review for anyone or anything in my life, but this was truly disappointing. Edited - TrustPilot is a place where you post an honest review about your experience. I posted about my experience and was instantly harassed by the CEO of Ascend Viral by email and on this website. Now I question whether the other reviews for his company are legitimate. Please stop harassing me. If you don't want a negative review, do your job well! Thanks. Edit - The company is doing everything it can to make sure that my review is taken down. Unfortunately for them I have receipts verifying the purchase.
