Nov 28,2023The services provided by Ollie and his Team at Ascot Gate Automation is undoubtedly 5 Star. Professional and courteous they went over and above to fix my old electric sliding gate. I had began to despair that they would never work properly and it would be a challenge every time I used the clicker whether they would open. My panic calls had them attending early Saturday morning and late at night when it was raining heavy and blowing a gale. All sorted, including much needed safety gear. May 19,2020Very honest, helpful and more then professional on site. After receiving a number of quotes for the work needed I chose Ascot gate automation, and more then glad I did. Oliver arrived made sure we were clear about the job at hand, and knew exactly what he was doing! I would recommend this company to all that need gate work including call outs, as again my second set of gates had failed, and without hesitation they got me booked in as soon as they could! Always on time, and always polite. Every step of the way he made me feel at ease and confident about the results. 10/10 thank you.

May 11,2020Two weeks ago we had main gates stopped working and we had to find a repair service. Out of 5 companies we called only 2 were able to come promptly and check the fault during the lock down. One company charged more than £300 for the call out and came with unnecessary repairs list and disgracefully over-priced proposal. Ascot Gate Automation provided free callout and a very fair priced proposal. The staff who attended was very professional. Out of the short list of 5 we had selected them, which proved to be excellent choice. Job stated immediately. They sourced new motors and electric parts in 1 day and finished the repairs in 2 days despite difficult excavation of the old equipment. The gates fixed with immaculately matched road brick pavement refurbished around the gate posts. The whole experience was outstanding - very professional, always on time, fair on price and deliver top quality service. We would highly recommend using this company. Paddock Way Residents Ltd.

Ollie explained clearly how we used the remotes etc. and so pleased with the finished look. It’s a high 5/5 from us.
