Items never delivered Placed the order over two weeks ago, it's not been marked as dispatched, nor has there been any updates to apologise for any delays in shipping etc. I've tried to contact the company through both the Shop app and through their own email and had no reply via either platform. I've had more emails through about rating their service than I have about the whereabouts of my actual order. So far I'm simply £30 down with no idea if I'll ever get my item, or a refund. Not my first time buying from this company, and usually everything's been fine, and I'm not one to leave reviews normally, but given that they sent me an email requesting I leave feedback on my experience whilst my item is still missing, I have left one in this instance.

Item didn't arrive on time, twice I asked for a refund, with no response, then I received 3 items, none matching the item that I did want, I ordered a burgundy eye glitter, got sent red, grey and a brown lip liner, and all I wanted was refunded.

I ordered a few items and one product was missing. I thought maybe there is a delay because of Christmas/New Year or it was left out by mistake. I emailed twice and sent a message on their social media account but received no reply. I then managed to get into contact and the query was resolved in 24 hours (the delay was indeed because of Christmas/New year). Thank you for your help in resolving my query. The products are of good quality and came highly recommended.
