The service and communication from Ashes into Glass was excellent, and the quality and craftsmanship of the piece is perfect. The care and respect with which the ashes were treated meant the world to me. I would highly recommend Ashes into Glass to anyone who have lost a loved one.

Feb 18,2025I chose this company initially due to their wide choice of jewellery offered. It took me a while to choose, as this piece of jewellery would be more precious than anything else I had. I was also dreading handling my dad’s ashes. But I didn’t need to worry about this. The instructions and process was so straight forward and easy to follow. I was kept up to date about my order, and when I emailed with a query I had a prompt reply and felt their service was really personal.

I’m extremely happy with the charm I chose for my daughter it’s beautiful, she was very emotional when I gave the charm to her but now she has her granddad with her where ever she goes .

Feb 13,2025I sent my pet's ashes off in December after he passed away unexpectedly. I was informed of every step along the way. When the ashes were received by AIG, I was emailed and so knew they were safe, so this was especially comforting. I was told when I could expect the item to be made so I wasn't left wondering, and once production began I was contacted again. All in all I really appreciated and adored the transparency and would absolutely use this company again. I chose a glass bead for a Pandora charm bracelet and every time I look at it I get to remember my sweet little Charlie and couldn't be happier. The remaining, unused ashes were returned to me and wrapped back up with care and beautiful presentation.
