My loan experience was so easy and Sonny stayed in touch with me every step of the way. This was handled by phone and email and also phone contacts. I just took pictures with my I phone of the documents that Sonny needed and within 2 weeks my loan was complete. Sonny explained the cost involved and stayed true to his word. There were no surprises. I highly recommend AS IS LENDING INC.

Awesome team at AS IS Lending !!! Whole team at AS IS Lending is outstanding and committed to providing personalized service. I had 8 loans refinanced in about 3 weeks from application to funding. Sonny and Carol were especially very helpful and responsive during the whole process. I highly recommend AS IS Lending for all types of loans.

We have used As Is at least 4 times. Perfection each time. Prompt response, easy to follow instructions and the notaries who have come to our home are top of the line (I'm a notary so I know what should and shouldn't happen). Sonny is always quick to respond to emails. We felt very comfortable dealing with As Is

Excellent service at a competitive rate. Found out about AS IS lending through the mail-- Thought the rate for a 30 yr fixed refi was too good to be true-- kept looking for the "catch" was it buried somewhere as a fee or closing cost? It wasn't! Highly impressed and excellent service. Recommend AS IS to everyone!

I had a wonderful experience with AS IS Lending. They walked me through the home buying process with patience and understanding. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and they were always ready and available to answer quickly and concisely. Overall this was a great experience and I am glad that we choose AS IS Lending to do our refinance. Valerie Barber, Laura Poetoehena and Andy Pham all gave us the upmost care and respect they were very helpful and answered any and all of our questions especially when we didn't understand something.
