Aspire Hair are alternative hair specialists helping women with medical hair loss find the perfect wig or topper for them. With almost 30 years personal experience of alopecia universalis and wig wearing, Aspire Hairs founder, Emma Jones, has created a safe space for other women with hair loss to come to and discover different wigs and toppers.

Dec 19,2024This was my first time buying a wig and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Cath was very helpful and friendly. All of my enquiries were answered extremely quickly, even at evenings and weekends! There was an issue with my wig of choice being out of stock at the supplier - no fault of Aspire’s, but they offered me alternative solutions. The first attempt didn’t suit me but the resulting return was handled very promptly and smoothly. The exchange item was posted free of charge, and the original sale discount was honoured even when I upgraded to a more expensive product. I’m delighted with the wig I finally settled on. I will definitely be shopping at Aspire for all my future hair needs!

Dec 10,2024I would highly recommend Aspire. I bought a wig from them and the customer service was absolutely brilliant - really helpful, prompt, caring. In the end, the wig did not suit me and I had to return it but Cath and the others there were extremely helfpul, even though it must be really inconvenient for them, having ordered a Jon Renau wig from the USA and now, having to return it. I would absolutely shop with Aspire again - great x

Oct 06,2024What a gem of a service! I was fast loosing my hair due to chemotherapy and although was looking at the hospital recommended wig shop I hadn’t found the right wig for me. I found this shop on the internet and gave them a call, a couple of hours later was walking out with a new head of hair. From walking in Cath made me feel at ease and upon looking at my current hair picked up a wig that had caught my eye as I walked in as the colour was a perfect match and the style almost identical to my natural hair. Cath gave lots of advice over the care of the wig and sent videos via email, assuring that I could call at any time with questions. That evening (Saturday night) I emailed with a non urgent question and had reply 8:30 Sunday morning - what great aftercare too. If anyone is in need of this service then I cannot recommend this company enough. They deal with a sensitive situation with professionalism and empathy and have made my difficult journey a little easier.
