I gave them an assignment to complete, and gave them a deadline. I chased them up one hour AFTER it was due as I hadn't received anything, and they said to me 'the link you gave wasn't working so the expert was unable to do the work'. I would've happily resent the link had i known that it didn't work. Terrible excuse. Extremely unprofessional service telling me on such short notice. I had to complete the assignment myself only 2 days before handing it in as I was informed so late that they were unable to complete it. Would be 0 stars but they gave me a refund so that was the only positive part of my experience with them. I then gave the benefit of the doubt, and handed them another assignment to complete, however it's been a week and they haven't given me a price for it despite the '30 min waiting time'.

Amazing service! I had gave a proposal for a lab theory, it didn't work out at first due to me not explaining it enough. Even at the last minute, my theory was redone and given back on time!

They have improved the experience since using their services years ago. From the beginning the service was slow and the responses didn't result into a good outcome. I decided to give them another shot and since then the customer service improved from responsiveness and friendliness. Given there was one recent interaction that didn't match what I seen, however, I understand that there are several people who triage the queue. I have decided for the time being that I will utilize their services. Being able to negotiate a price is also a plus!

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! Took my money, sent me a piece of work that was not even in line with the assignment and did not match the brief what I had sent them in anyway and then threatened me multiple times saying they were going to contact my uni to see if I have used the work (universities can’t share your work with anyone anyway) told me their ‘refund process’ takes 30-60 days and it’s no shock that we are now past that time frame and I have tried to contact them but been IGNORED. They have kept my money and not refunded me all for a service which I did not receive and / or use!!!!!!

5/5/! Completed my work week before it was due, and the quality of the work was better than I could have imagined! You can tell they thoroughly read the brief because no detail was left out. I had C# program that needed implemented along with report and screenshots explaining how it was done etc. I would like to say there were no bugs in the program and every little detail was added, I don't have a single complaint!

I used them twice before and they answered my questions properly but this time there answer was completely wrong. I sent in the same question twice and the first answer was stolen of the internet and the code had many errors. the second answer was in python when I asked the question in the c++ section.

I had tried one other service which turned out to be terrible but a friend recommended Assignment expert, as he had used it for a University course in IT and had a great outcome. So I submitted everything and got it before my deadline had to get one extra thing fixed but it was done perfectly! I strongly recommend Assignment Expert when you are in need of help!
