Local approved dealership has closed permanently, next closest estimate 3/4 weeks to look at it. Very frustrating considering how expensive it was. Emailed ATCO but no response. Product quality and post sales very disappointing.

Aug 20,2024Bought a Attco 18i linear mower approx 5 months ago and have cut the grass 4 times due to it being repaired for a new motherboard which took 6 weeks for parts. Got it home and worked first time then wouldn't restart. Decided to investigate myself and found the plastic handle is so weak and flexible that unless you hold it close to start button it won't work. If you look at other mowers the starting handles are metal. Design fault. Just stay clear as Attco really aren't very good.

Supplied and then they replied almost before I finished my email. Spares sent and arrived 2 days later. Absolutely brilliant service. If only other firms were as good
