But when it comes to pay for my reservations online it was an horrible experience not just once but several times!! But I want to thank your employees at BD FAR in Casablanca for their serious services and the warm welcome we get there!

Dec 24,2016je suis partie pour Omra avec Atlas voyage , je me suis inscrite car j avais une bonne impression sur cette agence, le séjour sur al madina était bien même si l hôtel était très loin du hram nabaoui, c'est vrais les hommes étaient à 2mn mais pour les femmes c était une trotte pour arriver au massala des femmes. L’hôtel à mecca n était vraiment pas à l hauteur de ce qu on espérait, pas d accueil le pt déjeuner reste à désirer. pour le trajet à lharam ca va mais la pente qui mène à l hôtel est vraiment fatiguante, c'est après plusieurs réclamations que les navettes nous ont emmenés au masjid mais pas tout le temps. Une autre chose que je n ai pas aimé et qui m a déçue c'est que les gens comme moi ayant pris une demi-double à 14000 dh une fois que les voyageurs du groupe ont voulu payer on leur a remis 300dh, pas moi , une fois de retour je suis partie à l'agence pour avoir des explications, on m a expliqué que c était une promotion pour les gens qui ont résérvé apres le 12/11 (que c'etait une note interne)alors que moi je n avais pas encore payé à cette date là. je n'ai pas trouvé ca loyale.
