Rory was in touch immediately and took the time to note exactly what I was searching for, and identify what my goals and targets were. Within less than two days of our conversation, Rory secured me an interview with one of the biggest firms in the country, for which I successfully interviewed and will be starting very soon. Definitely recommend!

Dec 13,2022In my former life as a recruitment consultant, I knew many recruiters who were cowboys, and courtesy in this sector was sadly rare. However, I'm happy to report that Austen Lloyd is one of the good ones. In particular, I dealt with Rory Hancock, whom I found to be a first-rate recruiter and a thoroughly decent chap. If you're looking for a recruiter who has your best interests at heart, I can't recommend Rory enough.

Apr 05,2022A lot of recruiters try to force you to take interviews even though the firm might not be the right culture or fit for you. Austen Lloyd don't do that. I truly feel that Austen Lloyd listen to your requirements and match you with a firm to suit your ambitions and personality. They have an extensive knowledge of the legal sector and have found the right role and firm for me on the last two occasions. I honestly wouldn't use any other recruiter.
