Nov 20,2024Called in, to move my payment date FORWARD so the autodraft came out sooner, and was told that it could only be moved 20 days, which confused me, as I only wanted to move it 8 days. I was later informed, it can only be moved to a later date, and no more than 20 days. So I could at maximum move it from the 23rd to the 13th... Needless to say, I will be looking for a new loan with a lower interest rate, with another company. The "supervisor" i spoke with, cut me off, and wouldn't hear of changing the auto draft date.

Nov 17,2024I was at a local expo, I went to use the card, it was declined. Called customer service, was told to try again in 5 minutes. Tried again, declined. Tried customer service at least 6 times, kept getting disconnected. Finally, made contact, was told that advant doesn't support vendors using square, and to find a different vendor. By then, I had used a different card without any problems. It seems to be bad practice to tell a customer where to shop or find another vendor. Advant needs to get with the times and support small businesses using square.
