Oct 23,2024The process was easy and the money came fast. I've only had the loan for a couple weeks and I have lowered my credit card usage from 41% to 19%. The only issue I have is the cost of getting this loan was $2200. I think this amount is quite much since I was trying to save money by paying down my credit cards. Hopefully, as my FICO score gets better you will offer a better APR. Other than that so far I am happy with Avant and I will pay extra to pay off the loan as soon as possible.

Oct 23,2024IF IT WAS POSSIBLE I WOULD ACTUALLY GIVE YOU A RATING OF A NEGATIVE 10. I CALLED AND GOT TANSFERRED AT LEAST 10 TIMES, WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 10 MONUTES. HUNG UP AND CALLED BACK. TALKED TO ABOUT 7 DIFFERENT PEOPLE. THERE WAS ONE THING THEY ALL HAD IN COMMON, THAT ALL WERE INCOMPETENT AND HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

Oct 23,2024The application was easy to do. I had all required documents to download. I needed to buy a new engine for my car. This process was easy. I had a great experience. I knew I had the loan the next day. They were there to help when I needed help coming up with finances for the repair. Good payment plan to repay the loan.
