Jan 30,2024Collected my LV shoes from the right address but delivered them to the wrong address and wants to take 0 responsibility. Upon ordering the service, I realised I made a mistake with my collection address but I messaged straight away and collection from the right address was made but not delivery? Paid for premium clean, wasn’t done as they weren’t able to do so but didn’t tell me anything about it until I messaged and asked when I can expect my shoes to return and only then they mentioned they’ve sent them out but weren’t able to do the service I paid for even though I showed photographs/videos off the shoe before sending them and they said “light work”. Clearly wasn’t light work as they were not able to clean the marks which would’ve been fine if they told me after trying. £1000 shoes gone, £50 for the crap service gone as well and still nothing. Highly would NOT recommend these scammers.

Nov 04,2023I had a pair I’ve tried to clean before, with no luck, thought it was impossible to have them back to fresh and my guy saved them🙏🏻 literally like new, and done these along side another pair at the same time, with super quick turnaround. This guy looks after sportstars and rappers for a reason🙏🏻 no one better

Sep 12,2023My Jordans needed some work as they were worn out and some of the painting had some marks on it. Called up AV and got the Jordans cleaned and repainted. Received them back as fresh and brand new. 10/10 service as usual, will definitely be using their services again.

Aug 08,2023I was absoutley amazed by their service and the quality of their cleaning. My shoes look brand new and were returned to be in pristine packaging! I called them on Saturday and as I lived local, Alvin collected them from me within the hour. I mentioned I needed the shoes cleaned for a wedding and I was so surprised that Alvin cleaned and delivered them back to me by the following Monday. I would definitely recommend them and will no doubt be using them again? Thanks again, Meena

But they worked their magic, and now my trainers look so fresh! The turnaround was super quick too, which was a huge bonus. Couldn’t be happier with the service, highly recommend!
